The Telegraph, Aldi, and me – Growing the Olympic Champions of Tomorrow

19th April 2016 By thefamilynutritionexpert

As a leading nutrition expert, I often get invited to participate on a range of projects throughout the UK. When I was approached by The Telegraph and Aldi with the opportunity to provide British families with sensible nutritional advice, I was very excited to get involved.

Every weekend, for the past few weeks, you would have seen my nevin-family-largecolumn in The Telegraph offering nutritional advice as part of its “Growing the Olympic Champions of the Future” initiative, in conjunction with Aldi.

I have had great fun sharing all my hints and tips – from creating healthy lunch boxes, to how to feed healthy food for all the family.

Good nutrition is my passion and to share sensible nutritional advice to these families has been a great experience.

I have really enjoyed working with the families and it has been impressive to see how passionate they are about healthy living and eating the right foods. Seeing the positive benefits of good nutrition on these families is definitely why I became The Family Nutrition Expert!

If you have missed any, please click on the links below. And keep an eye out over the coming weeks for even more from me!
