
Get ready for your summer with a day to wind down, calm your busy brain and feel soothed and relaxed.
I am so excited to invite you to my first mini-retreat, set at the beautiful SunFyr Barns just a few miles outside of Norwich in the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
This day is the perfect wind down if you’ve been feeling busy, stressed and in need of some TLC. The day will combine gentle Hatha yoga, restorative yoga, Nidra (think yoga sleep!), breathwork, delicious and nourishing foods and learning how to support your resilience to stress with simple, practical and easy to follow nutrition guidance.

Here’s the run down of the day:
9:30am. Arrive, welcome, nourishing snack and herbal teas
9:45 – 11:15: Gentle Hatha class – incorporating breathwork, gentle asana (postures) and relaxation. Tune in, create space and let go.
11:15 – 11:30: Herbal teas and connection time
11:30 – 12:30: Nutrition and herbs for busy brains, stress resilience and winding down
12:30 – 13:15: Light vegetarian lunch (with something sweet but nourishing to finish off)
13:15 – 14:45: The ultimate relaxation. Restorative yoga and nidra. Melt into your postures, feel nurtured and cosy, totally restored. Feel like you’ve had an amazing stretch, a huge hug for your soul and a brilliant night’s sleep!
14:45 – 15:00: Journalling and close.
I have just 16 places for this mini-retreat, and I am offering an early bird price of £70 per person until 10th June (Price then rises to £80 per person).
