I am so delighted to offer a variety of different retreats throughout the year, combining Nutrition, Yoga and Lifestyle Support to give you a truly wholistic experience.
My day retreats are take place at the beautiful SunFyr Barns, just outside Norwich.
At each retreat, you will experience gentle Hatha yoga, breath work, relaxation and restorative yoga (usually 2 practices on my day retreats)… alongside nutrition workshops, food demonstrations, delicious food, drinks and treats. A truly magical day, just for you to de-stress, unwind and learn how to support your health.

Digestive Health Retreat:
Sunday May 17th 9:30am to 16:00
Held at the beautiful Sunfyr Barns, just outside Norwich.
This is the perfect day for you to unwind, connect and learn. The day will include a light gut-supporting vegetarian lunch, soothing teas and drinks, plus nourishing treats.
You will experience 2 yoga practices, gentle sound therapy, 2 nutrition workshops (including sauerkraut demonstration) and plenty of time to ask questions and connect with other people also fascinated in gut health.

Who is the Digestive Health Retreat suitable for?
This day retreat is ideal for anyone who wants to find out more about how to optimise gut health – whether you have digestive/gut issues or not.
We know that our gut health has such a pivotal role in our whole health, from our skin to our hormones, liver health to our metabolism.
Supporting clients with gut health is an area I have been working in for over 15 years. It’s also an area I’m hugely passionate about, but I do think that gut health guidance has become so complicated lately.
In my experience, it’s the simple things, done regularly that can make such a huge impact. And this is what I want to teach you at this special retreat day.
You’ll go away with a toolbox of strategies to support you and your family’s gut health long term.
Here’s what to expect from the retreat day:
9:30am: Arrive and Herbal teas, refreshing juice shot.
9:45 – 11:00am: Gentle Hatha yoga class, incorporating movement, posture, breathwork and relaxation to support your digestive health.
11:00 – 11:15am: Herbal teas, snacks, connection time.
11:15 – 12:15am: Nutrition and herbs for upper gut health. How to maximise digestion and absorption from food.
12:15 to 13:15. Light Vegetarian lunch, herbal teas, nourishing treats.
13:15 – 2:15pm. Microbiome masterclass. Diet and lifestyle for maximising your microbiome health, including a live sauerkraut demonstration.
2:25 – 3:45pm: Restorative Yoga, Sound Therapy and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation, “yogic sleep”)
3:45 – 4:00pm: Journal and Close.
