Hi, I am Helen. I am a health and wellbeing coach, and fully registered and qualified ADHD coach. You’ll also hear from me when you contact the Family Nutrition Expert clinic team, as I am also the Executive Assistant here at the clinic HQ.
As a coach, I’m here to support you in:

As a qualified ADHD coach, I am also excited to support adults to navigate the challenges that can arise both professionally and personally whilst living with ADHD.
I am also passionate about supporting parents of neurodiverse children that find themselves on this journey and are feeling lost, overwhelmed and with nowhere to turn.
Having survived breast cancer, I also understand how the expectation to ‘seize everyday’ or ‘live your best life’ can leave you feeling lost.
As a Mum, wife and working woman I also understand how we can lose ourselves and our purpose, how we can forget to look after ourselves and lose our spark for life.
My Journey to Coaching
Having worked 20 years in a corporate role where I struggled with anxiety, overwhelm and burnout I knew that something had to change. Along side this a cancer diagnosis and raising children with complex medical and neurodiversity needs led me to losing sight of who I was.
I went through a period of grief for the life I dreamed of. I found it extremely hard to look after myself and my own wellbeing and didn’t know where to turn for help.
Slowly though, step by step, I moved forward. As I learnt more and more about neurodiversity, I learnt how to support and advocate for my son. I learnt a new way to parent and also a way to find the joy in life again. I found ways to look after myself, made connections with others that ‘got it’ and learnt a lot about myself and how to put my own wellbeing first.
My Approach
Through our coaching session we can look at what’s holding you back, what habits are stuck, what old beliefs are limiting you and what your true vision and goals are. We can then put in place steps to move you forward towards your goal.
I will listen, challenge and keep you accountable on each step of the journey.

My Qualifications
I am a certified health and Wellbeing coach through Raw Horizons. I am a certified ADHD coach through Barret Coaching and Training. I am a full member of the Association of Coaching
