"I have been suffering with digestive issues for as long as I can remember. At the age of 35, I decided that I could finally no longer tolerate the 5 lengthy loo visits a day, the tiredness, the brain fog or the general feeling of living life at 60% capacity, so having no luck with my GP (all tests came back normal) and following a bit of Google research, stumbled upon Catherine.
Catherine identified my problem (largely gut health related), explained it to me in a way that I could fully understand and set me up with a food plan and supplement program (most of which weren’t sold by the Orange Grove I would add, so not just a sales pitch).
It’s two months since that first appointment, the results from which were almost instant. I am much healthier, feel more energised, have a clear head (no more fog) and have much more normal ‘once a day’ trips to the loo. I can’t thank Catherine enough for her help and support and am looking forward to a healthy, happy future.:

Hi my name is Nicola and I have had Fibromyalgia and M.E for around 10 years and I have always struggled with the pain, bloating,sore muscles and my fluctuating weight gain on and off over the years.
I having tried numerous diets from Slimming World to Weight Watchers and none of them being very successful with little or no weight loss at all.
A friend of mine had recommended that I see a lady called Catherine Jeans who has helped her a lot with her problems and had great results.
I was a bit sceptical if Im honest as nothing had worked before so what was it that this magic lady could do??
Well first of all Catherine has been the only person who has helped with my pain and has made me lose 12lb ( nearly a stone !! ) in 8 weeks!!!!!!!
I have cut sugar out of my diet and all white foods, pasta, rice, bread. I also had Costochondritis which is the inflammation of the ribs which was extremely painful.
After doing what Catherine suggested, the pain went within 2 days! I have been following her advice ever since and i shall continue for the rest of my life.
I am extremely grateful to Catherine and The Orange Grove staff for all their help and advice. I am so pleased I took my friends advise in seeing her and would definitely recommend seeing Catherine for whatever reason you may have because this lady really is MAGIC.

Catherine is a fantastic Nutritional Therapist and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Prior to seeing her I had improved my diet myself but my energy levels were low, I felt stressed, my mood was unstable and I suffered from insomnia every month. Catherine suggested some functional tests, a supplement regime and tweaks to my diet. Ten months later my energy levels are greatly improved, my mood is stable and I have been sleeping through each night for the last six months.
My daughter has a dairy intolerance and after seeing Catherine her health has improved drastically, she now has more energy, her headaches and tummy problems have gone and she is a happier, more confident child and feels more in control of her health.
